How it works
1. Create Proposal
Token holders can propose ETH transfers from the treasury to any address.
2. Vote
DGOV holders vote YES or NO. Your token balance is your voting weight.
3. Execute
After the deadline, if YES votes exceed NO votes, anyone can execute the proposal.
